The purpose of this study is to further understand why women may be exiting STEM academic careers at a greater rate than men - a phenomenon known as the leaky pipeline.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

The purpose of this study is to investigate why women may be leaving STEM academic careers more often than men. This issue is referred to as the 'leaky pipeline'. The study aims to explore the factors contributing to this trend and gather data to better understand the challenges faced by women in STEM fields.
Participants in this study will be asked to share their experiences through interviews and surveys. These methods will help collect detailed information about the personal and professional challenges women encounter in STEM careers. The study will analyze this data to identify common themes and potential solutions.
