The purpose of this study is to test the usability and feasibility of automating the supine pressor test to predict the risk for preeclampsia in expecting mothers.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: preeclampsia
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates the use of an automated supine pressor test to predict the risk of preeclampsia in expecting mothers. Preeclampsia is a condition in pregnancy characterized by high blood pressure and signs of damage to other organ systems, often the kidneys.

Participants will undergo an automated version of the supine pressor test, which involves measuring blood pressure while lying down. The study aims to determine if this method is effective and easy to use.
