Brief description of study.
This study will help to define gaps in the Health Information Technology (HIT) system at Indian Health Service facilities and what changes are required to meet the needs of the facilities as a whole from the perspective of the end-user. This study investigates the Health Information Technology (HIT) systems used in Indian Health Service facilities. The purpose is to identify gaps in these systems and understand what changes are needed from the perspective of the end-users, who are the healthcare personnel using these systems. Health Information Technology refers to the technology used to manage health information and support the delivery of healthcare services.
