The purpose of this study is to examine our ability to take accurate measures of the amount of bone, muscle and fat in the lower leg (calf) and upper arm of healthy individuals.

The purpose of this study is to examine our ability to take accurate measures of the amount of bone, muscle, and fat in the lower leg (calf) and upper arm of healthy individuals. The study focuses on understanding how these body components are measured in healthy people to improve assessment techniques.
Participants will undergo procedures to measure bone, muscle, and fat in their legs and arms. These measurements will help researchers understand the accuracy of different assessment tools for evaluating body composition.
