Investigation of Denture Adhesive Retention
Brief description of study.
The purpose of this study is to measure how much adhesive is left in the denture after wearing the denture for 7, 9, 11 or 13 hours when using one of four cream denture adhesives, one on each of 16 test days.

This will be a single center, four-treatment, dentures retention study
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: Healthy

This study investigates how long denture adhesive remains effective after wearing dentures for different durations. It focuses on four different cream denture adhesives, which will be tested over 16 days.
Participants will use one of the four adhesives each day, and the amount of adhesive left in the denture will be measured after wearing it for 7, 9, 11, or 13 hours.
- Who can participate: Participants must be adults aged 18 years or older and should wear full upper dentures. Individuals with known allergies to denture adhesive components or those who have participated in a similar study within the last 30 days are excluded.
- Study details: Participants will apply a specific cream denture adhesive each day and wear their dentures for a specified number of hours. The study will then measure the leftover adhesive.
