Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Near-sightedness
  • Age: 9 years - 30 years
  • Gender: All

The purpose of this study is to investigate how focusing the eye affects the quality of retinal images in peripheral vision. Peripheral vision refers to the part of vision that occurs outside the very center of gaze and is important for activities such as driving and navigating through spaces.

Participants in this study will undergo procedures to assess the quality of their retinal images while focusing their eyes. This will involve specific tests where the eye's focusing ability is measured and analyzed.
