This study investigates the safety and the maximum tolerated dose of an investigational medication combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced solid tumors. Advanced solid tumors are cancers that have spread and do not have a standard treatment that is likely to work. The study focuses on patients who have no available therapy that is expected to provide clinical benefit.

Participants will receive the investigational medication along with a chemotherapy drug. The study will monitor how patients respond to the treatment and any side effects they experience. The goal is to find the highest dose of the investigational medication that patients can tolerate without severe side effects.
