The purpose of this study is to understand how alternative practices such as yoga, meditation, exercise, or others assist in the maintenance of recovery from addiction.

Detailed description of study

The purpose of this qualitative study utilizing the methodology of grounded theory is to explore what attracts individuals to alternative practices and how these influence their recovery.
