The goal of this study is to understand the effects of writing on well-being.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Well-being
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates the effects of writing on well-being. Well-being refers to the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy. The purpose of this study is to explore how writing activities can impact a person's overall sense of well-being.

Participants will engage in various writing exercises as part of the study procedures. These exercises are designed to assess changes in emotional and mental health as a result of regular writing practices.

  • Who can participate: The study is open to adults aged 18 and over who are interested in exploring the impact of writing on their well-being.
  • Study details: Participants will be asked to complete different writing exercises. These exercises are intended to observe changes in well-being over time.
