The study proposed here seeks to develop some initial insights into successful ex-offender work reentry. Specifically, it will investigate a number of potential predictors associated with successful reentry among the ex-offenders employed at RecycleForce.

The study proposed here seeks to develop some initial insights into successful ex-offender work reentry. Specifically, it will investigate a number of potential predictors associated with successful reentry among the ex-offenders employed at RecycleForce.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates the factors that might predict successful work reentry for individuals who have previously been incarcerated. The focus is on understanding what helps these ex-offenders, specifically those employed at RecycleForce, to reintegrate into the workforce effectively.

Participants in the study will undergo various assessments to identify different predictors that contribute to their successful employment. These assessments will help researchers understand the challenges and supports that influence work reentry.

  • Who can participate: The study is open to ex-offenders currently employed at RecycleForce. Age criteria and other eligibility factors may apply.
  • Study details: Participants will undergo assessments, including interviews and surveys, to evaluate various factors influencing their work reentry. No medication or placebo will be involved.
