The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics and presenting symptoms of patients diagnosed with mucoid degeneration of the knee ligaments to better understand the disease process.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: Mucoid Degeneration of the Cruciate Ligaments

Age: 18 years - 100 years

This study investigates mucoid degeneration of the knee ligaments, a condition where the ligaments become swollen and jelly-like. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics and presenting symptoms of patients diagnosed with this condition to better understand the disease process.
Participants in this study will undergo medical evaluations to assess their knee ligaments. These evaluations will help researchers gather information about the symptoms and characteristics of mucoid degeneration.
- Who can participate: Participants must be adults aged 18 and older with diagnosed knee issues related to mucoid degeneration. Additional eligibility factors include no prior knee surgeries and no history of rheumatoid arthritis.
