Brief description of study.

  1. What is our frequency of minor and major neurological and medical complications following endovascular embolization of arteriovenous malformations?
  2. What is our frequency of minor and major neurological and medical complications following surgical resection and does preoperative embolization affect this?
  3. Is there a difference in radiation exposure, operative time, and outcomes of embolization of arteriovenous malformations whether treated with coils, nBCA, or Onyx?
  4. Is there a higher rate of obliteration of arteriovenous malformations with gamma knife radiosurgery or linac at 3years and 5 years? What is the frequency of retreatment of each with radiosurgery
  5. Is there a resolution of seizures with resection or embolization of arteriovenous malformations?
