The purpose of this study is to identify the interoperability of the sociocultural, communication, distributional, and cognitive systems that inform a fundamental rethinking of the design and use of clinical decision support system (in the context of clinical workflow) according to the principles/practices of cultural-historical activity theory (CHAT).
