The purpose of this study is to explore how elementary music educators interact with each other using a specific teaching method. It looks at how they form a learning community, which means they work together to improve their teaching skills and help each other learn.
In this study, educators will participate in discussions and activities that focus on teaching methods. These activities are designed to help them share experiences and learn from each other. This will involve observing classes, sharing lesson plans, and discussing teaching strategies.
- Who can participate: Elementary music educators aged 18 and over who are involved in teaching and wish to participate in a learning community are eligible to join this study.
- Study details: Participants will engage in group discussions and activities related to teaching methods. They will share lesson plans and teaching experiences with each other.
