The purpose of this study is to develop a new, reliable measure of stigma resistance with a diverse sample of individuals with severe mental illness.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

The purpose of this study is to investigate stigma resistance in individuals with severe mental illness. Stigma resistance refers to the ability to withstand negative stereotypes and discrimination associated with mental illness. This study aims to develop a reliable way to measure how well people can resist stigma.

Participants will engage in various activities designed to assess their experience and resistance to stigma. These activities will help researchers understand different aspects of stigma resistance and develop a tool to measure it effectively.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and over diagnosed with severe mental illness are eligible to participate.
