The purpose of this study is to validate the psychometric properties of BECES-V tool for veterans with mental health conditions who wish to return to work.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a questionnaire called the BECES-V. The study focuses on veterans who have mental health problems and are working towards returning to the workplace. It aims to understand how effective the BECES-V is in assessing these veterans' readiness and ability to re-enter the workforce.
Participants in the study will be asked to complete the BECES-V questionnaire. This will help researchers validate the tool's psychometric properties, which means checking how well the questionnaire measures what it is supposed to measure for veterans with mental health conditions.
