The purpose of this study is to conduct a set of structured interviews to obtain data that will allow us to assess the progress made, and obstacles encountered, in achieving greater public participation and collaboration under the Obama Administration?s Open Government Initiative.

The purpose of this study is to conduct a set of structured interviews to obtain data that will allow us to assess the progress made, and obstacles encountered, in achieving greater public participation and collaboration under the Obama Administration?s Open Government Initiative.
