This study investigates how healthcare providers record the signs and symptoms of overt hepatic encephalopathy (HE). Hepatic encephalopathy is a condition that affects the brain, occurring when the liver is not able to remove toxins from the blood effectively.
The study involves collecting and analyzing data from clinicians to understand their documentation practices regarding overt hepatic encephalopathy symptoms. This will help in assessing current clinical practices.
