People may prefer different message framing depending on power and PDB.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates how people prefer different ways of presenting messages based on their sense of power and their beliefs about power distance (PDB). Power distance belief is a cultural concept that describes how comfortable people are with unequal power distribution in society.

Participants will be asked to evaluate messages framed in various ways. The study will analyze how these preferences change based on individual differences in power and PDB. This will involve completing questionnaires and possibly participating in discussions.

  • Who can participate: Individuals aged 18 and older who have varying levels of comfort with power distribution in society and are willing to evaluate different message presentations.
  • Study details: Participants will be asked to complete questionnaires and evaluate different message frames. Their preferences will be analyzed to understand the impact of power and power distance beliefs on message framing.
