Brief description of study.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors with the greatest influence on family planning decision-making and make recommendations regarding appropriate interventions. Findings from this research will assist AMPATH with providing appropriate reproductive health counseling and services, thereby reducing sequelae including unintended pregnancy and STI acquisition.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors with the greatest influence on family planning decision-making and make recommendations regarding appropriate interventions. Findings from this research will assist AMPATH with providing appropriate reproductive health counseling and services, thereby reducing sequelae including unintended pregnancy and STI acquisition.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that most influence how families make decisions about planning. Family planning is when individuals or couples decide if and when to have children. This study will look at different aspects that might affect these decisions, such as cultural, social, and economic factors.

Participants in the study will share their experiences and perspectives on family planning. The information gathered will help researchers understand what influences these decisions, allowing them to make recommendations for better reproductive health counseling and services. This study does not involve any medical treatment or intervention.
