The purpose of this study is to examine how drag queen performers use language to interact with each other and their audience before, during and after their performance.

The purpose of this study is to examine how drag queen performers use language to interact with each other and their audience before, during and after their performance.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates how drag queen performers use language to interact with each other and their audience. It looks at the different ways language is used before, during, and after performances.

Participants will be observed in their natural performance settings to collect data on their language interactions. This may involve recording conversations and analyzing the language used in various contexts.

  • Who can participate: Participants must be drag queen performers aged 18 years or older. Additional eligibility criteria include regular performance activity and willingness to be recorded during performances.
  • Study details: Participants will be observed and recorded during their performances to study language interactions.
