Brief description of study.

By doing this study, researchers hope to learn about the safety and effectiveness of nortriptyline, duloxetine, pregabalin and mexiletine in treating CSPN.

Detailed description of study

The purpose of this study is to determine which pharmaceutical therapy is most effective and causes the fewest side effects in cryptogenic sensory polyneuropathy.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Neuropathy
  • Age: 18 years - 100 years
  • Gender: All

This study investigates the safety and effectiveness of different treatments for cryptogenic sensory polyneuropathy (CSPN), a condition that affects the nerves and causes pain, numbness, or tingling in the hands and feet. The purpose of this study is to find out which treatment works best and has the least side effects for people with CSPN.

Participants will be assigned to different study arms where they will receive one of the investigational medications. The study will monitor the effects and any side effects of these treatments to determine their safety and effectiveness.

  • Who can participate: Eligible participants are adults aged 18 and older who have been diagnosed with cryptogenic sensory polyneuropathy.
  • Study details: Participants will receive one of the investigational medications in different study arms. The effects and side effects will be monitored to assess safety and effectiveness.
