The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of synchrony with robots in comparison with humans or computers.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Healthy
  • Age: 18 years - 100 years
  • Gender: All

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of synchrony with robots in comparison with humans or computers. Synchrony refers to the coordination of movement and behavior between individuals or entities. This study investigates how different types of teams, including those with robots, affect this coordination.

Participants in the study will engage in activities that require movement coordination with either robots, humans, or computers. The procedures will involve observing and measuring how well participants can synchronize their movements with these different partners.

  • Who can participate: Participants must be adults aged 18 to 65 years. Key eligibility factors include having no physical impairments that affect movement coordination and being able to follow instructions in English.
