The purpose of this study is to examine subjects level of grit and resilience before and after they participate in an Adventure Education experience.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of grit and resilience in individuals before and after they participate in an Adventure Education experience. Grit refers to a person's perseverance and passion for long-term goals, while resilience is the ability to recover from challenges and setbacks.

Participants will engage in various activities designed to test and improve their grit and resilience. These activities will be part of an Adventure Education experience, which includes outdoor challenges and team-building exercises.

  • Who can participate: The study is open to individuals of all ages who are interested in participating in an Adventure Education experience.
  • Study details: Participants will take part in activities that are part of an Adventure Education experience. These activities are designed to assess and enhance their grit and resilience.
