The purpose of this study is to explore adolescent females' dietary behaviors and a mindfulness approach to promote healthy eating.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

This study investigates the dietary behaviors of adolescent females and how mindfulness can be used to encourage healthy eating. Mindfulness is a mental practice that involves focusing on the present moment and being aware of one's thoughts and feelings without judgment.
Participants will be asked to follow certain procedures that involve practicing mindfulness techniques related to eating. This may include exercises that help them pay attention to their eating habits and choices.
- Who can participate: Adolescent females aged 12 to 18 are eligible to participate in this research study.
- Study details: Participants will engage in mindfulness practices related to eating. These exercises are designed to increase awareness of dietary habits. There is no placebo involved.
