Investigating the Effect of Yoga Practice on Balance and Fall Risk
Brief description of study.
The purpose of this study is to determine if habitual adult yoga practitioners differ from healthy controls in balance measures that are known to predict the risk of falling.

This study investigates the effect of regular yoga practice on balance and the risk of falling in adults. The researchers aim to compare balance measures between adults who regularly practice yoga and those who do not, to see if yoga can improve balance and reduce fall risk.
Participants will undergo various balance tests to assess their stability and risk of falling. These tests will help determine if there are significant differences in balance between those who practice yoga and those who do not.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older who either regularly practice yoga or do not engage in yoga practice.
- Study details: Participants will undergo balance tests to assess stability, comparing results between those who practice yoga and those who do not.
