MarrowStim PAD Kit for the Treatment of Critical Limb Ischemia (CLI) in Subjects with Severe Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) (MOBILE CA)
Investigation of a Device for Critical Limb Ischemia
Brief description of study.
The purpose of this study is to continue to evaluate the performance of the MarrowStim PAD Kit to treat subjects with critical limb ischemia (CLI) caused by severe PAD.
Detailed description of study
The purpose of this study is to continue to evaluate the performance of the MarrowStim PAD Kit to treat subjects with critical limb ischemia (CLI) caused by severe PAD.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: ischemia
-
Age: 100 years or below
-
Gender: All
The purpose of this study is to investigate a device for individuals with critical limb ischemia (CLI), a severe condition caused by peripheral artery disease (PAD). This condition affects blood flow to the limbs, leading to pain and potential tissue damage.
Participants in the study will undergo procedures to assess the effectiveness of the investigational device. Critical limb ischemia is a serious condition that requires careful monitoring and treatment.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with a diagnosis of critical limb ischemia are eligible. Key eligibility factors include a history of peripheral artery disease and current symptoms indicating severe blood flow restriction.
- Study details: Participants will undergo evaluations including imaging and functional tests to assess the investigational device's effectiveness for treating CLI.
