The purpose of this study is to better understand the landscape surrounding chronic pain care and opioid treatment and the impact of new opioid management policies on patients.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

This study investigates chronic pain care and opioid treatment. Chronic pain is a long-lasting pain that persists beyond the usual recovery period. Opioid treatments are medications often used to manage severe pain. The study aims to understand how new policies around opioid management affect patients dealing with chronic pain.
Participants will undergo various study procedures to assess the impact of opioid management policies. These procedures may include surveys, interviews, or assessments of medical records to gather information on patient experiences and outcomes related to chronic pain management.
- Who can participate: Participants aged 18 and older who are currently managing chronic pain with opioid treatments are eligible. Key eligibility factors include a history of chronic pain lasting more than three months and current use of opioid medications.
- Study details: Participants may need to complete surveys or interviews about their experiences with chronic pain and opioid treatment. Information from medical records might also be reviewed to understand the effects of policy changes.
