Brief description of study.

The purpose of this study is to conduct focus groups with underrepresented college students to provide an in-depth account of their perceptions surrounding sexual assault in addition to identifying additional cultural barriers to reporting sexual violence.

The purpose of this study is to conduct focus groups with underrepresented college students to provide an in-depth account of their perceptions surrounding sexual assault in addition to identifying additional cultural barriers to reporting sexual violence.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates the perceptions of underrepresented college students regarding sexual assault. The purpose is to understand their views and identify cultural barriers that may prevent reporting of sexual violence.

Participants will take part in focus groups where they will discuss their experiences and perceptions. This will help gather detailed information on the cultural factors that influence reporting sexual assault.

  • Who can participate: This study is open to college students from underrepresented backgrounds, aged 18 and above.
  • Study details: Participants will engage in focus group discussions to share their perceptions and experiences related to sexual assault. These discussions aim to uncover cultural barriers to reporting such incidents.
