The purpose of this study is to examine how children of Chinese immigrant families' childhood experience with everyday places shapes their sense of culture identity.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates how the childhood experiences of children from Chinese immigrant families with everyday places influence their sense of cultural identity. Cultural identity refers to the feeling of belonging to a group, influenced by various factors such as language, traditions, and shared experiences.

Participants will share their experiences with places they visit frequently, such as their homes, schools, and community centers. These discussions will help researchers understand how these environments contribute to the development of cultural identity in children.

  • Who can participate: The study is looking for children aged 6-12 from Chinese immigrant families.
