The purpose of this study is to investigate what translingual practices in an online community are engaged in and how they utilize their linguistic and cultural resources to negotiate meanings and construct identities.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates the translingual practices used in online communities. Translingual practices refer to how people use multiple languages and cultural knowledge to communicate and create their identities in digital spaces.

Participants will engage in various online activities to see how they use their language and cultural skills. The study will look at how meanings are shared and identities are formed in these communities.

  • Who can participate: Participants of any age who are part of online communities may be eligible.
