Brief description of study.

The purpose of this study is to collect samples from subjects presenting at Bell Flower Clinic for an exam or a consultation, with or without symptoms to evaluate the efficacy of the BD MAXTM STI Plus investigational test that can detect genital infections such as chlamydia, gonorrhea and trichomoniasis.

The purpose of this study is to collect samples from subjects presenting at Bell Flower Clinic for an exam or a consultation, with or without symptoms to evaluate the efficacy of the BD MAXTM STI Plus investigational test that can detect genital infections such as chlamydia, gonorrhea and trichomoniasis.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: chlamydia,gonorrhea,trichomoniasis
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates the effectiveness of an investigational test for detecting genital infections, such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis. These are infections that can affect the genital area and may cause symptoms like pain or discharge, but sometimes they do not cause any noticeable symptoms.

Participants in the study will have samples collected when they visit the clinic for an exam or consultation. The samples will be used to evaluate how well the investigational test can identify these infections.

  • Who can participate: Individuals aged 18 and older who are at risk for or have symptoms of genital infections are eligible to participate.
  • Study details: Participants will have samples collected during their clinic visit. These samples will be used to test the investigational tool's ability to detect infections.
