This study investigates the effects of consuming blueberry extract on bone resorption in healthy post-menopausal women. Bone resorption is a process where bone is broken down and minerals are released into the blood. The study aims to understand how different doses of blueberry extract might affect this process over a period of time.

Participants in the study will consume blueberry extract continuously to observe its impact on bone health. The study will monitor changes in bone resorption to determine the effects of the extract.

  • Who can participate: Healthy post-menopausal women aged 50 and above are eligible to participate in this study.
  • Study details: Participants will be required to consume blueberry extract regularly over a 50-day period. The study will measure how this affects bone resorption. A placebo will not be used in this study.
  • Study Timelines: The study will last 50 days.
