The purpose of this study is to examine factors contributing to the satisfaction and success of faculty of color in academia. Specifically, this research project looks to understand institutional environments that foster positive experiences for faculty of color.

The purpose of this study is to examine factors contributing to the satisfaction and success of faculty of color in academia. Specifically, this research project looks to understand institutional environments that foster positive experiences for faculty of color.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

The purpose of this study is to examine factors contributing to the satisfaction and success of faculty of color in academia. It aims to understand how different institutional environments can create positive experiences for faculty of color.

Participants will be asked to provide insights into their experiences within academic institutions. The study will involve surveys and interviews to gather detailed information about the factors that influence their satisfaction and success.

  • Who can participate: Faculty of color working in academic institutions are eligible to participate. No age criteria.
  • Study details: The study aims to gather information about the institutional factors affecting the work environment of faculty of color.
