Investigating Factors Related to Post-ERCP Pancreatitis Outcomes
Brief description of study.
The purpose of this study is to identify pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure clinical factors that correlate with outcomes in post-ERCP pancreatitis.
Detailed description of study
The purpose of this study is to identify pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure clinical factors that correlate with outcomes in post-ERCP pancreatitis.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: pancreatitis
-
Age: 100 years or below
-
Gender: All
This study investigates the clinical factors before, during, and after a medical procedure called ERCP that may affect the outcomes of pancreatitis, a condition where the pancreas becomes inflamed. ERCP is a procedure that combines endoscopy and X-ray to treat problems of the bile and pancreatic ducts.
Participants in the study will undergo various assessments to identify different clinical factors associated with pancreatitis outcomes after the ERCP procedure. This involves monitoring and recording specific medical details before, during, and after the procedure.
- Who can participate: Participants must meet specific age criteria and other key eligibility factors, which are available upon inquiry.
- Study details: Participants will be involved in assessments that record clinical factors before, during, and after the ERCP procedure. This study does not involve testing any investigational medication or placebo.
