The purpose of this study is to test the mechanics and feasibility of delivering an individualized intervention to increase physical activity in breast cancer survivors.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: breast cancer

The purpose of this study is to test the mechanics and feasibility of delivering an individualized intervention to increase physical activity in breast cancer survivors. Breast cancer survivors are individuals who have completed initial cancer treatment and are in the phase of monitoring and recovery.
Participants will receive a personalized plan to help increase their physical activity levels. The study will monitor how well these plans are delivered and whether they are practical and beneficial for the participants.
- Who can participate: Breast cancer survivors aged 18 and older who have completed initial treatment are eligible to participate.
- Study details: Participants will follow a personalized physical activity plan. The study will assess the delivery and practicality of these plans.
