The purpose of this study is to investigate how attending Camp Kesem affects the feelings of hope and loneliness in campers. Hope refers to the feeling of expectation and desire for certain things to happen, while loneliness is the feeling of being alone or isolated, even when surrounded by other people.

Participants will engage in activities during the camp, and their levels of hope and loneliness will be assessed through surveys and interviews. Surveys are a method of collecting data by asking people questions, and interviews involve a one-on-one conversation to gather more in-depth information.

• Who can participate: Participants must be aged 7 to 17 and have a parent or guardian who has been affected by cancer. Additional eligibility criteria include the ability to attend the entire camp session and complete all study assessments.
• Study details: Participants will take part in camp activities and complete surveys and interviews to measure their feelings of hope and loneliness.
