The purpose of this study is to determine whether the estimated values for the chair stand, arm curl, and 2-minute step tests, for HealthyMe patients correlate with their actual performance scores; to examine the relationship between physical fitness, health outcomes and QOL measures over time; and to examine the relationship between physical fitness and disease management.

Detailed description of study

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the estimated values for the chair stand, arm curl, and 2-minute step tests, for HealthyMe patients correlate with their actual performance scores; to examine the relationship between physical fitness, health outcomes and QOL measures over time; and to examine the relationship between physical fitness and disease management.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates the relationship between physical fitness and health outcomes in patients using the HealthyMe program. It aims to see if estimated values for exercises like the chair stand, arm curl, and 2-minute step tests match actual performance scores. The study also looks at how physical fitness relates to health outcomes and quality of life (QOL) measures over time.

Participants will undergo tests such as the chair stand, arm curl, and 2-minute step to assess their physical fitness. The study will compare estimated fitness scores with actual performance to understand their correlation. These tests help in evaluating the participants' physical capabilities and their impact on managing diseases.

  • Who can participate: The study is open to patients who are part of the HealthyMe program and are aged 18 to 65. Participants should be able to perform physical fitness tests like the chair stand and arm curl.
  • Study details: Participants will perform exercises including the chair stand, arm curl, and 2-minute step test. These activities will help assess their physical fitness levels, which will be compared to estimated scores.
