The purpose of this study is to explore widespread perceptions and judgments about media attention and distraction in everyday life.

This study investigates how media users understand the difference between attention and distraction. It aims to explore how individuals perceive and judge their own media attention and distraction in daily life. The study seeks to understand the strategies people use to manage their focus on different types of media at various times.

Participants will be asked to discuss their experiences and perceptions regarding media use. They will share how they control their attention and manage distractions while interacting with different media platforms.
