Brief description of study.

The purpose of this study is to identify current and desired practices, relevant measures, and themes of successful and unsuccessful secure messaging between primary care physicians and their patients; and to gather preliminary data to characterize secure messages sent through My HealtheVet at the Roudebush VA.
