The purpose of this study is to determine whether providing pairs of students working together on a manual task with training in "teamwork" will improve their performance of the task.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether providing pairs of students working together on a manual task with training in "teamwork" will improve their performance of the task.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: healthy

Age: 100 years or below

The purpose of this study is to investigate if training in teamwork helps pairs of students perform better on a manual task. Teamwork training involves teaching students how to effectively communicate and collaborate with each other.
Participants in the study will be divided into different study arms. Some students will receive teamwork training, while others will not, to compare the effects on their task performance.
- Who can participate: Students aged 18-25 who are working in pairs on manual tasks are eligible to participate in this study.
- Study details: Participants will either receive teamwork training or not, depending on the study arm they are assigned to. The study will measure how well they perform the manual task after receiving the training.
