The purpose of this study is to provide detailed patient-reported data from a diverse sample of Indiana residents who reside in the catchment area defined by Indiana University Simon Cancer Center and who are served by Indiana University Health.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Age: 100 years or below

This study investigates patient-reported data from people living in Indiana who are served by Indiana University Health. The focus is on gathering information from a diverse group of residents within the area defined by the Indiana University Simon Cancer Center.
