The purpose of this study is to investigate the underlying structure of the construct, second language (L2) lexical collocational knowledge, in order to test L2 learners' vocabulary knowledge in a systemic way.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the underlying structure of the construct, second language (L2) lexical collocational knowledge, in order to test L2 learners' vocabulary knowledge in a systemic way.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates the understanding of vocabulary knowledge in people learning a second language. It focuses on how words are used together, known as lexical collocations, which is an important part of learning a new language.

Participants in the study will undergo tests to assess their knowledge of vocabulary and how well they understand word combinations in the second language they are learning.
