The purpose of this study is to recruit patients and providers who participated in the STRIDE program at each site.

The purpose of this study is to recruit patients and providers who participated in the STRIDE program at each site.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: healthy
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

The purpose of this study is to understand the involvement of patients and providers in a program. This study investigates how individuals participated in the program and their experiences.

Participants will be asked to share their experiences and feedback about their involvement. The study will collect information through interviews or surveys.

  • Who can participate: Participants who have been involved in the STRIDE program are eligible. Please check for any additional eligibility criteria such as age or specific roles in the program.
