Detailed description of study

The purpose of this study is to assess right ventricular function in critically ill patient to determine the overall incidence, associated conditions, and prognostic implications.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: critically ill
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates right ventricular function in critically ill patients. The right ventricle is a part of the heart that pumps blood to the lungs. Understanding how it works in very sick patients can help doctors know more about their health conditions.

Participants in the study will have their heart function checked to see how well the right ventricle works. This will involve medical tests that help doctors look at the heart's performance in detail.

  • Who can participate: Eligibility criteria include specific age ranges and health conditions. Participants must be critically ill and meet other medical criteria.
  • Study details: Participants will undergo tests to assess the function of their right ventricle. These tests will help in understanding the condition of the heart in critically ill patients.
