Brief description of study.

The purpose of this study is to determine the flow metrics and progression of blister formations on cerebral aneurysms by correlating modeling predictions to clinical observations.

Detailed description of study

The purpose of this study is to determine the flow metrics and progression of blister formations on cerebral aneurysms by correlating modeling predictions to clinical observations.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: cerebral aneurysm
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates cerebral aneurysms, which are bulging, weak areas in the wall of an artery in the brain. The purpose of this study is to understand how blisters form on these aneurysms by comparing model predictions with what is seen in real patients.

Participants will undergo procedures to measure the blood flow and observe blister formations on cerebral aneurysms. These observations will be compared to computer models to see how accurate the predictions are.

  • Who can participate: Adults diagnosed with cerebral aneurysms may be eligible to participate in this research study. Specific eligibility criteria are not detailed.
  • Study details: Participants will have their cerebral aneurysms monitored to measure blood flow and blister formation. These observations will be compared with computer models to determine their accuracy.
