Investigating the Usability of an Investigational Smartwatch Prototype in Everyday Scenarios
Brief description of study.
In this study, we want our participants to use the designed smartwatch prototype in different scenarios including a grocery store, doctor's waiting room, coffee shop or restaurants, office space, ATM, and transit stations. They can participate in our study by participating in at least one of the above-mentioned scenarios. We want to test our prototype in the above-mentioned places and want to understand the usability of such a camera-assisted system.
Therefore, our main purpose for this study is to understand the usability of camera-assisted systems in actual scenarios.

This study investigates the usability of a new smartwatch prototype equipped with a camera-assisted system. Participants will use the smartwatch in various real-life settings such as grocery stores, doctor's waiting rooms, coffee shops or restaurants, office spaces, ATMs, and transit stations. The purpose is to understand how the camera-assisted system functions in these different environments.
Participants will be asked to use the smartwatch in at least one of the specified scenarios. By doing so, the study aims to gather data on how the smartwatch performs and how users interact with it in everyday situations.
- Who can participate: Participants must be willing to use the smartwatch prototype in at least one of the specified scenarios, such as a grocery store or office space. Age criteria: Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Study details: Participants will use the smartwatch prototype to perform tasks in different settings. The study focuses on observing how the smartwatch's camera-assisted system works in these environments.
