The proposed study aims to tease apart concussion recovery in regards to academics.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

This study investigates how recovery from concussions affects academic performance. A concussion is a type of brain injury that can impact memory, concentration, and other cognitive functions.
Participants in the study will undergo assessments to evaluate their cognitive abilities and academic performance during their recovery period. Cognitive abilities refer to mental skills such as thinking, learning, and memory.
- Who can participate: Participants aged 12 to 18 who have recently experienced a concussion are eligible. Key factors include being in good general health and having no other neurological conditions.
- Study details: Participants will complete cognitive and academic assessments to enable researchers to understand the impact of concussions on learning and school performance.
