Brief description of study.

This collection of data will be beneficial to discover what trends emerge from the data set as a whole, and possibly add to the body of knowledge that enables clinical and therapeutic decisions to be made based on molecular genetics. The aim of the current proposal is to establish a registry of patients with chronic liver disease from an unexplained or rare liver disorder.

Detailed description of study

This collection of data will be beneficial to discover what trends emerge from the data set as a whole, and possibly add to the body of knowledge that enables clinical and therapeutic decisions to be made based on molecular genetics. The aim of the current proposal is to establish a registry of patients with chronic liver disease from an unexplained or rare liver disorder.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Chronic Liver Disease
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

This study investigates chronic liver disease that arises from unexplained or rare liver disorders. Chronic liver disease refers to a long-lasting condition that affects the liver's ability to function properly. The purpose is to establish a registry that collects data from patients with these conditions.

Participants will be asked to provide medical information related to their liver condition. This may include medical history, test results, and possibly genetic information. The data will be used to identify trends and contribute to clinical and therapeutic decision-making.

  • Who can participate: Individuals aged 18 and older with chronic liver disease from unexplained or rare liver disorders are eligible to participate.
  • Study details: Participants will provide medical information and possibly genetic data for the registry. This data collection aims to identify trends in liver disease. An inactive substance, known as a placebo, that looks like the investigational medicine/vaccine but does not contain any medicine, may be used.
