Randomized prospective study comparing four-quadrant Transverses Abdominis Plane (TAP) block Quadratus Lumborum (QL) block and surgeon infiltration using Exparel for postoperative analgesia after laparoscopic nephrectomy
Brief description of study.
The purpose of this study is to compare three different pain control methods by achieving improved postoperative pain scores, decreased opiate needs, decreased opiate side effects, and improved patient satisfaction scores for those who are scheduled to undergo a nephrectomy at Indiana University.
